Play’n GO Launches Ternion, a Superhero Slot with Progressive Free Spins

Play’n GO has released Ternion, a 5x4 video slot with up to 35 progressive free spins, stacked wilds, and win multipliers

For its pioneer superhero-themed slot, the Swedish-based gaming entertainment supplier that renewed its business-to-business license in the country at the end of March has envisioned Victory City, a place where peace used to reign not long ago, that is now under the imminent threat of the Doomsday Device.

With the help of the three heroes that are the main characters in the game, players must try to disarm the device and save the day from the dangerous meteors, monsters, and natural disasters. While they are at it, players can take advantage of lucrative bonus features like win multipliers, progressive free spins, and stacked wild symbols to score some excellent wins. Let’s see exactly what Ternion has to offer!

Meet the Ternion Team: Marvelosa, The Incredible Wonder & Windstorm

The studio which is popular for its iconic quality games and top-tier entertainment has used the powerful trio to create a sense of progression during the game. The characters are beautifully designed.

Marvelosa is seen wielding her electric-green beams and triggering big winning boosts on the reels. The Incredible Wonder has been crayoned as a “larger-than-life”, faceless character that injects its power into the team. Windstorm brings her wrath while she is seen sweeping into action and paving the trio’s way to the rescue of Victory City.

Players who land at least three supped-up symbols score a win. The random superpowers of the three characters can be engaged during any random spin, bolstering the size of the prizes and pushing the heroes closer to their well-deserved victory.

Marvelosa, The Incredible Wonder, and Windstorm’s superpowers will bring three to 10 individual Wild symbols while placing Stacked Wilds on the reels and removing all the low-paying symbols.

Free Spins Round, Win Multiplier & Energy Cell Meter

Matching a minimum of three Ternion Signal Scatter symbols will send players straight into a Free Spins round. There, they can collect as many as 35 Progressive Free Spins.

The Win Multiplier can also be engaged during the same Free Spins round. There, it will act by multiplying players’ total wins and boosting them by one unit. During the feature, a Wild Symbol is seen stacking up on top of any pre-existing Wilds, thus mirroring the trio’s fighting formation.

The game also features an Energy Cell Meter that gets filled up with Energy symbols. Once a player has collected a sufficient number of Energy symbols, the meter is seen filling up and the superpowers get added to the reels.

In return, players get lucrative rewards while the odds of saving Victory City from doomsday go higher. In mid-April, the studio launched Ronin’s Honour, a similarly rewarding slot with Mystery Splitting Symbols and Dynamic Payways.

Speaking about Ternion, the company’s head of game retention, George Olekszy, expressed their joy and pride for having released their “first superhero slot”. He also mentioned previous hero/sci-fi-themed slots launched by the studio in the past, including 2022’s Champions of Mithrune and 2021’s Sparky & Shortz while explaining that the fresh release lets players get full control over their own superhero team, an “ambitious move” that has been successfully implemented by Play’n GO’s talented team.

In February, the provider released Legion Gold, a slot with Mega Free Spins, multiplying Wilds, and Gold Re-Spins.
