PandaScore Appoints David Trehondart as Its New Head of Customer Success
PandaScore, a renowned odd and esports data provider, has appointed David Trehondart as its new head of customer success as it looks forward to adding more talent to its already-existing team of experts. Trehondart will make sure that PandaScore’s customers enjoy as many of the products that are offered by the platform.
Trehondart Held Senior Roles in Reputable Companies
Trehondart has a lot of working experience and a background in tech and finance. Most of his experience in forming loyal relationships with B2B clients comes from his senior roles at companies such as Palantir and Uber. Trehondart also has a decent educational background as he holds an MBA from the London Business School.
While speaking about his appointment, Trehondart noted that he wanted something new and exciting for his next chapter. Esports and esports betting are completely new to him and that is why he concluded that PandaScore will be the perfect place for him.
He added that his new venture will provide him with “excitement and adventure” and that as soon as he spoke with PandaScore’s CEO, Flavien Guillocheau, he became aware of the knowledge that Guillocheau has of the sector.
As for Guillocheau, he shared a few compliments for Trehondart. He said that Trehondart “is an incredible talent” and that is why PandaScore is happy to welcome him as the head of the customer service. Guillocheau added that Trehondart’s experience outside of the industry is a breath of fresh air and that it will be of massive benefit for the company.
He also added that even though operators are aware of the potential that resides with esports, many still need support to unlock the full capabilities of this sector. That is exactly what Trehondart and PandaScore will bring to the table as they will allow clients to deliver a “compelling esports betting experience” to players.
PandaScore Is Keen on Developing Unique Esports Products
PandaScore is dedicated to powering numerous operators with revolutionizing esports solutions. At the end of 2021, it achieved a major milestone as it partnered with FortuneJack, a reputable crypto gambling company. Guillocheau praised FortuneJack and stated that it is one of the most innovative gambling operators on the planet.
He uncovered some of the details concerning the partnership and noted that PandaScore will provide FortuneJack with “more lines and varied odds than ever before.” These services will be available in both pre-match and in-play esports markets.
GamblingNews also sat down for a talk with Oliver Niner, the head of sales at PandaScore, to talk about the growth of esports. Niner also shared a few words on the future of esports and explained how will artificial intelligence be one of the factors in the industry.
