NFL Inks Slot Machine Agreement with Aristocrat Gaming

Enhancing fan engagement, the NFL inked a new agreement with Aristocrat Gaming. The deal sees Aristocrat receive an exclusive global license for building land-based slot machines themed after the NFL.

Aristocrat Strikes Slot Machine Licensing Agreement with NFL

The gaming technology supplier Aristocrat Gaming announced a new agreement with the National Football League (NFL). Under the multi-year slot machine licensing agreement, Aristocrat is granted an exclusive global license for building NFL-themed land-based slot machines.

Moreover, the first of its kind deal for the NFL features non-exclusive rights for virtual sports games. Thanks to this partnership, the NFL has the unique opportunity to boost fan engagement. The new NFL-themed slot machines are expected to be released for the 2023 NFL season.

The unique slots will enable NFL fans to customize their experience by choosing their favorite team. A short promotional video reveals that with the new NFL-themed slot machines “every play is an experience.” For the moment, the gaming technology supplier is yet to release more details regarding the new slot machines.

The New Agreement Will Bring Exciting Experiences for Slots and NFL Fans

Hector Fernandez, President of Aristocrat Americas and EMEA said that the company is thrilled to sign this agreement. Additionally, he revealed that Aristocrat remains focused on “changing the game.” Fernandez acknowledged that casino players around the world enjoy Aristocrat’s games and sports fans worldwide love watching the NFL. According to him, this is why the new multi-year agreement presents a unique opportunity to reach millions of Aristocrat and NFL fans to offer them “exciting new entertainment options on the casino floor and beyond.”

Back in October, Aristocrat together with Boyd Gaming introduced a cashless solution trial for table games at Boyd’s Aliante Casino Hotel and Spa in Las Vegas, Nevada. After that, the company confirmed its $3.7 million bid to acquire Playtech Plc.
