Kambi Names IR Expert Mattias Frithiof SVP of Investor Relations

Kambi Group, a leading B2B provider of sports betting services to gaming operators, has unveiled a major new addition to its leadership team. According to the company’s announcement, Mattias Frithiof will serve as its new senior vice president (SVP) of investor relations & sustainability.
Frithiof Joined Kambi on January 16
Effective immediately, the appointment will add an investor relations specialist to Kambi’s team, allowing it to continue its robust IR strategy. Frithiof was described by the provider as an IR and finance expert with some 15 years of corporate experience.
Kambi elaborated that the new appointee will be based in the company’s office in Stockholm.
Prior to his current role, Frithiof served as the head of investor relations at Storytel, a Stockholm-listed audiobook and e-book streaming services business. Prior to that, he served as assistant vice president – analyst at Moody’s Investors Service. Earlier still, he spent over 7 years at Swedbank, working as its investor relations officer and later as a senior credit analyst.
Frithiof’s long years within IR and finance have helped him develop skills that will be key to ensuring Kambi’s future success. In his new position, he will lead and execute the B2B company’s investor relations strategy, as well as build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts and key stakeholders.
In addition to that, Frithiof will be tasked with informing shareholders and analysts about Kambi’s financial performance. Last but not least, Frithiof will spearhead Kambi’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy.
CFO Kenyon Welcomed the Frithiof to the Kambi Family
As the new SVP of investor relations & sustainability, Frithiof will report directly to David Kenyon, the company’s chief financial officer. Kenyon used the opportunity to comment on the matter and welcome the new hire on board.

Kambi Joins Forces with Stake.com in Brazil
In other news, Kambi just teamed up with global gaming powerhouse Stake.com, which is seeking to expand its reach into regulated markets. The agreement kicked off with the launch of a Kambi-powered sportsbook in Brazil’s freshly regulated market.
As an ambitious gaming and crypto betting company, Stake was glad to trust Kambi’s expertise and was optimistic about the tie-up.
