ICE Barcelona and iGB Affiliate to Set New Attendance Record
According to current estimates, at least 56,000 industry professionals are predicted to have attended the events

This year’s International Casino Exhibition (ICE) exhibition was hugely successful and officials claim the final analysis of attendees will show a record-breaking number of visitors.
ICE and iGB Affiliate Set to Break Attendance Record
The International Casino Exhibition (ICE) is one of the largest and most well-known events in the global gaming industry. The annual trade show brings together professionals from every segment of the gambling industry, such as online gaming, land-based casinos, sports betting, and lotteries. Meanwhile, iGB Affiliate is a series of events and conferences focused on the affiliate marketing aspect of the gambling industry.
It is predicted that this year’s Barcelona editions of both events, which were held last week, will record the biggest number of gambling industry professionals gathered in one place. Clarion Gaming Managing Director Stuart Hunter had many things to say about both ICE and iGB Affiliate. Ahead of the final analysis, he confirmed that the combined attendance for both shows would set a new world record for any gambling event.
According to current estimates, at least 56,000 industry professionals are predicted to have attended the events. If this is the case, this year’s Barcelona summit will exceed the previous high of 52,345 set last year in London.
Stuart Hunter Reflects On the Events
Following the end of the events, Hunter said there will be a company-wide debrief starting on February 3. In addition, all of the feedback so far has been sent directly to him and it all seems rather positive. Hunter further explained that the decision to move ICE and iGB Affiliate to Barcelona was driven by the customers.
He said that he is delighted that the organizers of the event have successfully turned their vision into reality, setting new benchmarks for hosting truly world-class global business events. These events cater to every sector within the gambling technology industry, according to Hunter.
Hunter attributed the positive experience at Barcelona to several factors, listing a few:
Our world-class exhibitors and the contractors they employed delivered an unbelievable representation of the industry, the Clarion Gaming team showed why they are the very best in the business working seamlessly with their peers at the Fira Gran Via Barcelona, the marketing and creative campaign resonated with our stakeholder communities and finally, our host city demonstrated why it is such a popular international destination.

During this year’s event, ICE and iGB Affiliate hosted more than 1,000 gambling brands. In addition, the summit featured seminars and a wide range of programs. Some of the more notable events at this year’s ICE and iGB Affiliate summit included the Brazil Now Seminar, the Tribal Partnership Seminar, and the launch of the ICE Research Institute.
