The father of five couldn’t believe his luck after he played the online version of the game and hit the $550,000 win in the evening. He shared his win with his wife, who was equally taken aback by what had transpired, but both were happy to see that they had actually won.

The win was secured with numbers 2, 6, 16, 24, and 39, and the family was beyond themselves. Matthew commented that winning the money was a “dream come true” that would allow them to take good care of their children and allow them all the opportunities in life to become independent and thrive.

Of course, it’s not all just planning and investing, as Matthew has confirmed that he and the kids will now take a warm family vacation by the ocean, with the rest of the money cleverly divided up to secure the children’s future.

“First and foremost, this is for our kids — to give them every opportunity to thrive,” Matthew added, celebrating the win.
