Under the sports wagering laws in Virginia, the Washington Football Team received a reference for mobile sports betting permit after meeting specific criteria set for sports franchises in the state. FanDuel and the team jointly hold the permit after the Washington Football Team named the sportsbook as its operational partner.

The fully integrated partnership between FanDuel and Washington Football extends beyond sports betting. Under the multi-year agreement, the company became an official daily fantasy partner of the team.
