North American gambling giant DraftKings has unveiled its plans to launch its online sportsbook in the state of Vermont on January 11, 2024. This would notable be the 26th US state where the sportsbook is available.

Once DraftKings launches in Vermont, the company’s presence will span across almost the entire New England region. The firm’s foray into the Green Mountain State will expand the operator’s reach to five of six New England states.

As a company based in Boston, Massachusetts, DraftKings is excited about the opportunity to cement its domination in the region. By choosing to play with DraftKings, customers will be able to enjoy a customer-friendly experience and exciting betting markets.

DraftKings’ customers will also get to enjoy a variety of Super Bowl offerings, as well as a number of promotions and exclusive offerings. Those who wish to play with the operator can download its dedicated DraftKings Sportsbook app on both iOS and Android devices.

Consumers can also leverage the operator’s comprehensive selection of safer gambling tools to moderate their behavior and play responsibly.

The launch in Vermont comes a few days after DraftKings and BetMGM secured agreements to launch in North Carolina.

Meanwhile, DraftKings reaffirmed its commitment to serving the communities in which it operates. The company is known for its efforts to make a difference, which is reflected in its donations and contributions to a variety of local projects. One of its latest initiatives, for example, was a $25,000 donation to the Arbor Day Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to planting trees.

In other news, an analyst recently pointed out that strong bettor performance may impact the company’s Q4 results. The Benchmark expert reiterated a buy rating for DraftKings with a price target of $41 as of Friday.
