DraftKings Becomes Official Betting Partner for Tyson-Jones Boxing Event

DraftKings, the daily fantasy and sports betting operator which is never shy of sponsoring sporting teams and events, announced Wednesday it has become the “Official Sports Betting Partner” for the big boxing match between former undisputed heavyweight world champion Mike Tyson and former four-division world champion Roy Jones Jr.

The boxing event which will mark the highly anticipated return to the boxing ring of Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. is set to take place November 28 and will air globally at 8pm ET. The 4-hour event hosted by Mario Lopez will have its main card available on Pay-Per-View through cable, satellite and streaming on www.TysonOnTriller.com.

As part of the sponsorship agreement for the event, DraftKings branding will appear throughout the match’s media day, weigh-in and boxing ring, and DraftKings will develop a “DraftKings Tale of the Bet” series to reflect on sportsbook trends, bet placements, percentage of bets and handle, as well as unique market offers.

Undercard and Main Card Betting, Free-To-Play-Pool

The undercard bouts will also feature interesting pairs, including YouTuber Jake Paul against former NBA player Nate Robinson, former WBC super-middleweight champion Badou Jack pitted against Blake McKernan and Hasim Rahman Jr will face Rashad Coulter.

Residents in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, New Hampshire, New Jersey and Tennessee will be able to bet on the undercard matches, while the main card betting will be available for bettors in Illinois, New Hampshire and New Jersey. Nationwide, sports fans will have the option to join a free-to-play pool for the match.
