Betsson Group and Gaming Innovation Group Happily Extend Partnership

Leading European gambling and iGaming operator Betsson Group has extended its partnership with cloud-based product and platform services and performance marketing B2B provider Gaming Innovation Group. With the deal extended, Gaming Innovation Group will continue to provide Betsson with its marketing compliance solution – GiG Comply.
GiG Remains Betsson’s Compliance Solutions Provider
GiG Comply is Gaming Innovation Group’s compliance tool. According to the parent company, GiG Comply is flexible and tailored for the utmost comfort of the company’s partners. It takes the customers’ needs into consideration and helps them to remain compliant with the rules of the various regions where they have a presence.
With the compliance agreement extended, GiG will continue to boost Betsson’s business by helping the gambling operator stay relevant on the market while meeting the current regulations and ensuring its partners do the same.
Gaming Innovation Group’s chief marketing officer, Jonas Warrer, commented that the renewed deal is a “proud moment” for the company. Warrer explained that everyone is delighted to be recognized by Betsson which chose to continue to use GiG Comply’s services.
“Extending our partnership shows that GiG’s marketing compliance tool reflects Betsson Group’s commitment to sustainability and responsible gaming, Warrer noted.
He concluded by saying that GiG is looking forward to continuing to provide Betsson with its compliance services.
Betsson Considers GiG Comply to be a Strong Tool
GiG Comply analyzes the local markets’ rules and provides operators with the best marketing solutions that obey the local gaming restrictions. It is the compliance tool of choice of some big names in betting, such as Betway, bet365, Novibet and DT9 Media LTD.
Betsson Group’s head of affiliates, Sebastian Jarosch, spoke about the importance of compliance to his company. Jarosch said that the Betsson Group is delighted to continue using GiG Comply as he believes it is a “strong tool that supports Betsson’s team with maintaining full compliance within the regulated markets the operators operate in.”
This year Betsson Group has been enjoying unparalleled success. In July it revealed that it has scored a record-breaking profit for the second quarter of 2021. This landmark achievement was thanks to the company’s stable and scalable business model that also saw the operator increase its presence in the Latin America region.
For the Gaming Innovation Group, this extended partnership with Betsson comes almost exactly a year since the conclusion of its deal with Hard Rock International. Despite a strong start, GiG and HRI had too different visions and mutually agreed to terminate their contract.
