ACR Poker Introduces $20M GTD Winter Online Super Series

The popular poker platform will run a massive online poker event series, dubbed the Winter Online Super Series or WOSS, from November 10 through November 25. The series is said to feature at least $20 million in guaranteed prize pools, but the target is likely to hit above this mark.

WOSS will have several events, in fact, some 230, which will run across many popular formats, such as Texas Hold’em, Omaha, Turbo, Hyper-Turbo, Mega Stacks, and Progressive Knockouts.

Commenting on the upcoming event, ACR Poker ambassador Chris Moneymaker has welcomed the opportunity to see this $20-million tournament series opportunity realized. He said:

“Our 2024 Winter Online Super Series will mark the final major series of what has been a great year for ACR. With a range of buy-ins and formats, there’s an event for every player to enjoy, and a huge $20 million in guaranteed prizes on the line. We hope to see you at the tables.”

Players of all skill levels are welcome. The series will feature two Main Events, one with a $1.5 million guaranteed prize pool and a $1,050 buy-in and another, with a $750,000 guaranteed prize pool and $215 buy-in. Both events are expected to surpass their targets easily.

In the meantime, players will have the opportunity to participate in Mystery Bounty multi-flight events, which will offer $500,000, $250,000 and $75,000 in guaranteed prize pools.

Win a Spot for All Events with Satellite Tournaments

Players also can turn to a host of satellite events which will be available to secure a seat in any of the two Main Events or WOSS tournaments in general.

These satellites are already available, but they will also run at the same time as the series, so if you want to secure a seat in one of the big events, using nothing but your skill and understanding of the game, this is possible.

Not least, there will be a special WOSS Leaderboard where you can win a share of the $35,000 prize pool in either cash or tournament tickets. All you need to do to qualify? Just participate in the tournament series in the first place!
