Lady Luck Games Secures MGA License, Readies Global Pivot
The acclaimed fast-developing iGaming studio has secured a Class 2 B2B license from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA)
The “Recognition Notice Certificate” was obtained through the ReelNRG Limited UK license and now puts the company in a position to provide both ReelNRG and Lady Luck Games content to operators that hold a license from the MGA.

The Recognition Notice enables the company to provide gaming services or gaming supply in or from Malta, Lady Luck Games detailed in a press release. Commenting on this new opportunity, LL Lucky Games AB co-founder and CEO Mads V. Jørgensen said that the company recently launched the StormRGS platform.
More importantly, the new license will allow the company to provide its content to companies that require both Malta and UK licenses, V. Jørgensen explained. This would allow the company to push further out with its content and secure new and meaningful partnerships with operators. He explained:
This milestone achievement is critical to our growth strategy. The MGA certification is a testament to our commitment to quality and compliance and we look forward to continuing our growth and success in the global gaming industry.

Presently, Lady Luck Games’ product portfolio includes 60 games delivered by both ReelNRG and Lady Luck. The company takes pride in titles that are built with an innovative twist in mind. Lady Luck was founded in Stockholm in 2019 by a group of industry veterans who have been building up their portfolio. The company went public on NASDAQ in 2021.
Since the company rolled out, it has developed a number of excellent games, including Valhöll: Wild Hammers, Beetle Bailey: Camp Swampy, Astro Anna, Spin Joy Society: Megaways, and many others.
Lady Luck has been building up its content footprint, specifically through tie-ups with Hub88 and Powered By Program over the past months.
