Kansas City Chiefs vs. Buffalo Bills Week 11 Odds, Time, and Prediction
Kansas City Chiefs vs. Buffalo Bills is arguably the most exciting game of Week 11. It’s on the program on Sunday afternoon at Highmark Stadium, where these two last met in the AFC Divisional Game, which the Chiefs won 27:24
The Chiefs vs. Bills rivalry is one of the biggest rivalries in the NFL, dating back all the way to the 1960s. The Bills lead the all-time series 29-25-1, and have won three of the last five duels with the Chiefs. Their most recent duel, however, was won by the Chiefs on their road to the Lombardi Trophy in January.
Based on their run in 2024, they’re very likely to do it again. And if they do it, they’ll break the NFL record for the best start to the season.

Kansas City Chiefs Set to Break Records in 2024
The Kansas City Chiefs are 9-0 and if they beat the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, they will break the NFL record for the best start to the season. So, can they do it? Although they don’t have a particularly good record against this team, NFL odds are heavily favoring them to triumph on Sunday afternoon.
The obvious reason is that they just seem incapable of losing. Even when they’re not playing great, they somehow manage to labor a win. Last weekend, for example, they beat the Denver Broncos 16:14 after Denver’s placekicker missed a field goal in the final second of the game.
A week before, they beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 30:24 after overtime. Both of those games took place on their turf (Arrowhead Stadium). In Week 11, however, they play on the road, against one of their toughest opponents in the 2024 NFL season.
Can the Buffalo Bills Stop the Chiefs?
The Buffalo Bills are 8-2 overall with five wins in a row. Led by in-form quarterback Josh Allen, their offense has been really good lately, producing 30 or more points in each of their last four games. Their defense too has been doing alright in 2024, but truth be told, they’re yet to have a real tough challenge on their hands.
In fact, their two losses of the 2024 season happened against powerful offenses. First, they got obliterated 35:10 by the Baltimore Ravens; then, they lost 23:20 to the Houston Texans. What’s interesting is that both of those losses happened in away games.
At home, the Bills are 4-0 this season. Actually, the last time they lost a competitive game at Highmark Stadium was in January against the Chiefs.
Kansas City Chiefs vs. Buffalo Bills Prediction
The Kansas City Chiefs look unstoppable on paper, but their performances on the field haven’t been anything special lately. In fact, one may argue that they were lucky to win their last two games. Unless they really up their game on Sunday, we don’t think they’re going to have an easy job at Highmark Stadium. Actually, we think that the Bills have what it takes to beat them.
Pick: Buffalo Bills
