GLI's promotions of four leaders showcase its dedication to providing exceptional customer service
Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), a globally recognized provider of gaming testing and assessment services, has announced the promotion of four of its leaders within the organization. Mackenzie Haugh, James Boje, Devon Dalbock, and Martin Britton have been elevated to strategic positions within GLI’s leadership, reflecting the organization’s commitment to providing world-class delivery and exceptional customer service to its nearly 2,000 clients worldwide.
GLI Strengthens EMEA Operations with the Promotions
As chief delivery officer, Mackenzie Haugh, a 20-year veteran of the organization, will leverage his extensive experience in regulatory compliance testing to provide customized service-delivery experiences for GLI’s customers. Haugh has previously served as vice president of engineering and was recognized as one of Global Gaming Business’s “25 people to watch” in the January 2020 issue.
James Boje, who brings over 35 years of gaming and hospitality industry experience to the table, has been promoted to managing director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). In his previous role as chief operating officer for the EMEA region, Boje focused on driving excellent customer service through employee engagement and fostering collaboration with global partners to ensure transparent and smooth support service across all geographies.
Devon Dalbock, who has been with GLI since 2016 and has over 35 years of senior executive and management experience, will serve as chief operating officer for the EMEA region. In his previous role as general manager, Dalbock was responsible for GLI’s African and Indian operations, where he worked with regulators in various jurisdictions on current technical standards and new developments.
Finally, Martin Britton, former managing director of EMEA, will be taking on the role of EMEA chairman. Britton has been instrumental in GLI’s growth in the EMEA region, and his tireless work in new acquisitions and preparing newly promoted team members for their roles has earned him respect throughout the organization.
GLI Elevates Leadership to Enhance Customer Service Worldwide
James Maida, the president and CEO of GLI, stated that the promotions of four exceptional leaders within the organization demonstrate GLI’s ongoing commitment to delivering world-class customer service to all its clients.
Maida stated: “We maintain this ongoing commitment to our customers by tirelessly enhancing testing strategies, processes and tools, training, and innovative solutions, and ensuring we have the highest caliber leadership driving the business forward. This commitment allows us to continue to advance and enhance our client and customer experience well into the future.”
With a global network of laboratory locations across six continents, GLI is committed to delivering the highest quality land-based, lottery, and iGaming testing and assessment services around the world. Since 1989, the organization has certified nearly 2 million items and tested equipment for more than 480 jurisdictions.
