DraftKings Acquired Sports IQ Analytics for an Undisclosed Sum
The deal was facilitated by the Eric Levy from Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, Robin Chhabra of Tekkorp and their professional teams

American gambling giant DraftKings has acquired Sports IQ Analytics, a company that uses advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to provide cutting-edge software solutions for the online sports gambling industry.
The arrangement was announced by the latter company’s chief executive officer, Omer Dor and comes a week after DraftKings published its report for the quarter ended March 31. For reference, the operator reported significant growth across the board and solidified its position as a leading sportsbook and iGaming operator in the US.
On his LinkedIn account, Dor announced the merger, saying that his team is excited to open а “new chapter in the Sports IQ Analytics journey” and join an ambitious team. The CEO praised DraftKings for fielding industry professionals “whose desire for winning and being the best” matches that of his own team.
Dor thanked Jason Robins and Paul Liberman, DraftKings’ CEO and founder, respectively, for welcoming the Sports IQ Analytics team on board.
According to him, the deal was facilitated by the invaluable help of Eric Levy from Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, Robin Chhabra of Tekkorp and their professional teams.
However, Dor did not disclose the financial aspect of this agreement. As of the time of this writing, DraftKings has yet to comment on the matter.

Sports IQ Analytics’ CEO thanked everyone who made this deal possible. In addition to praising the DraftKings management and the companies that facilitated the agreement, he thanked Sports IQ Analytics’ co-founders, Matthew Belzberg, Jose Alfaro and Andrew Schwartz, for their continued support.
Dor was also grateful to his company’s investors, advisors, partners and clients who supported the company’s vision and provided crucial guidance.
Dor furthermore praised the Sports IQ Analytics team for being so professional and ambitious.
