Caesars Extends Rewards Loyalty Program to Eldorado Resorts
Following the mega-merger by Caesars Entertainment and Eldorado Resorts in July, the new giant Caesars Entertainment extended its rewards loyalty program. The program now includes 18 Eldorado Resorts properties acquired following the mega-merger.
Caesars Rewards Loyalty Program Extends with 20%
The gaming industry giant Caesars Entertainment has announced the extending of the Caesars Rewards loyalty program to Eldorado Resorts. The loyalty program extension was possible following the mega-merger by Caesars Entertainment and Eldorado Resorts back in July in a deal for $17.3 billion. Upon completion of the merger, the new industry giant kept the name Caesars Entertainment.
Now the company extends Caesars Rewards to 18 Eldorado Resorts properties acquired in the merger. This marks a growth of the rewards program by Caesars with 20%. Following the recent extension of the program, now there is a combined network of more than 55 world-class resorts across the U.S. that feature the program and new locations include Florida, Colorado, Ohio, and St. Louis.
With that in mind, the customers of each company’s legacy rewards programs were seamlessly integrated into the newly expanded Caesars Rewards loyalty program. Furthermore, the members can use their loyalty currency and match their status universally.
The Rewards Program Is a Tremendous Asset
In a statement, Anthony Carano, president and chief operating officer of Caesars Entertainment said: “Caesars Rewards is a tremendous asset that allows us to understand the wants and needs of our customer database to more efficiently serve them.” He continued by outlining that the newly expanded network of properties and partnerships throughout the company’s portfolio bring an impressive additional benefit for the customers.
Furthermore, Carano added that Caesars Rewards members now have more ways to earn, spend, and redeem loyalty currency. According to the statement released by Caesars Entertainment the company proudly shared that for the third year in a row, Caesars Rewards was named No. 1 in the 2020 USA TODAY 10 Best Readers’ Choice Awards for “Best Players Club.”
Members of the Caesars Rewards program can earn loyalty currency through casino play, hotel stays, dining, entertainment, and more. Consequently, each member receives one reward credit for every dollar spent at any Caesars Entertainment property or outlet that features the program. Moreover, the loyalty rewards program features multiple tiers such as Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Diamond Plus, Diamond Elite, and Seven Stars. By growing their tier, members also unlock special privileges as well as rewards.
