Betsson Extends Existing Partnership with Yggdrasil

The global operator Betsson has announced an extension of its long-term partnership with Yggdrasil. Under the expended partnership, the company joins the innovative program YG Masters. With this move, Betsson receives access to the revolutionary GATI technology by Yggdrasil.

The extended collaboration marks the significant success of the YG Masters project by Yggdrasil. With that in mind, Betsson became the first existing operator that has joined the program.Being a successful sports betting and gaming brand, Betsson will now be able to create new gaming content. Consequently, the content will be distributed with the help of the network by Yggdrasil.

But what is GATI technology? GATI is a revolutionary standardized development toolkit that enables developers to create and distribute regulation-ready games across the globe. In other words, YG Masters program participants can create and distribute content globally with the help of a standardized interface.

Yggdrasil Head of Partner Programs, Stuart McCarthy said that the company is thrilled to extend the partnership with Betsson. Furthermore, he outlined that adding the sports betting operator to the YG Masters program makes them “the first directly integrated operating partner”.

Betsson’s Gaming Product Director, Ciara Nic Liam also shared her positive thoughts about the partnership. She outlined that Betsson and Yggdrasil have had an excellent business relationship. Furthermore, Liam said that the company is pleased to extend its partnership to include YG Masters. She added that Betsson has seen the program “become a real industry game-changer”.
