Kaizen Gaming, the leading GameTech company in Greece and one of the fastest-growing in Europe, announced that its Betano gaming brand has been selected as an Official Tournament Supporter of the FIFA World Cup 2026 for Europe and South America. This comes as the highly anticipated tournament steadily approaches.

Betano Teams Up with FIFA for the Third Time

On May 18, Kaizen said that a new tie-up with the FIFA World Cup 2026 will see its Betano brand serve as an Official Tournament Supporter of the event in Europe and South America. The World Cup is set to kick off on June 11 and run through July 19, taking place across Canada, Mexico, and the United States.

Kaizen noted that the upcoming edition of the FIFA World Cup will be the tournament’s biggest edition yet, featuring some 48 teams vying for the champion’s title. As a result, Kaizen was very pleased with the deal, which marks the third time that Betano and FIFA have joined forces.

As a FIFA partner, Betano will provide fans with plenty of opportunities to get closer to the soccer action and engage responsibly with the upcoming tournament. In addition to offering world-class betting options, Betano will also ensure that players have access to cutting-edge safer gaming tools to moderate their play.

For reference, Betano was the first sports betting operator to ever partner with FIFA. The inaugural partnership between the betting brand and FIFA was signed four years ago, naming Betano as FIFA’s Official Regional Supporter for Europe just before the World Cup in Qatar. In 2025, Betano was also recognized as an Official Partner of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025.

As an award-winning gaming company, Kaizen is one of the perfect partners for the World Cup. The company won the Operator of the Year award at the EGR awards in 2024 and 2025, as well as the Operator of the Year – Large at the SBC Awards.

Officials Were Pleased with the Tie-up

George Daskalakis, Kaizen Gaming’s co-founder & CEO, was pleased with the tie-up, calling the third FIFA partnership a “proud milestone” for his team, as well as a “clear reflection” of the company’s global evolution.

Daskalakis noted that the FIFA World Cup 2026 is “the ultimate intersection of sport and entertainment” and will therefore allow Betano to reach billions of people.

For us, it is the perfect stage to solidify Betano as the most trusted brand globally for responsible online sports betting. Our focus now is to deliver a thrilling, innovative and secure experience for fans throughout the tournament.

Romy Gai, FIFA’s chief business officer, was similarly pleased with the tie-up and said that his team is pleased to have Betano as one of the Tournament Supporters of the FIFA World Cup 2026. Gai celebrated Betano’s incredible commitment to the sporting sector and its integrity, which has been a cornerstone of the operator’s previous partnership with FIFA. Gai was also pleased with Betano’s knack for finding new and engaging ways to bring fans closer to the game and entertain them.

We share these objectives and are glad to have this powerhouse by our side as we look forward to uniting the world through football once again in North America and beyond.
