WLA Accredits Gold Contributor Status to OpenBet
This prestigious status reflects OpenBet’s contribution to the sector, Luca Esposito said
OpenBet, a global leader in sports betting content, has been awarded the World Lottery Association’s Gold Contributor status. The accolade cements the supplier as a reliable partner to lottery companies all over the world.
The Gold Contributor status highlights OpenBet’s commitment to social responsibility, safer gambling, security and risk management. The WLA membership is furthermore an important milestone for OpenBet, which has a long history of delivering state-of-the-art services to lottery companies all over the world.
The Gold Contributor status furthermore attests to OpenBet’s willingness to engage with the WLA on thought leadership and support responsible gambling campaigns.
OpenBet is currently one of the biggest members of the global lottery association. The WLA is comprised of many influential lottery companies, encompassing organizations such as the British Columbia Lottery Corporation Loto-Québec, Nederlandse Loterij, SAZKA, Danske Spil, OPAP and Singapore Pools, among others.

OpenBet’s chief executive officer, Jordan Levin, also shared his thoughts on the matter. He said that his team is delighted to join the association as a Gold Contributor. Levin noted that this move is reinforcing its commitment to the global lottery environment, adding that his team is looking forward to working with the WLA and its members.
Our world-class technology, content and services power some of the biggest lottery brands in the industry. Becoming a Gold Contributor to the WLA will give us the opportunity to work in partnership with the industry to provide players with cutting-edge responsible products and technology.

OpenBet’s dedication to responsible gambling was further reinforced by its recent acquisition of Neccton, a responsible gambling specialist that develops anti-money laundering, fraud detection, and RG technology.
In February, OpenBet won a Great Place to Work certification, demonstrating the firm’s commitment to caring not only for its partners and customers but for its employees as well. For reference, this accolade is only awarded to companies that show a strong commitment to establishing an inclusive and healthy company culture.
In other news, earlier this year, OpenBet signed a long-term partnership agreement with Greece’s OPAP.
