Rod Stewart Cancels All June Caesars Palace Las Vegas Shows
Stewart was diagnosed with the flu a few days ago, and in an Instagram post, he announced to his followers that the doctor had told him to take more time to recover.

Rod Stewart’s ongoing cancellations have wiped out all of his scheduled shows this month at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, following a bout of the flu, just weeks ahead of his upcoming performance at the Glastonbury Festival later this month.
All Rod Stewart Caesars Palace Shows for June Are Cancelled
In an Instagram post, the 80-year-old singer said he was devastated to have to cancel or reschedule six US shows that were set to take place over the next eight days. These concerts are part of what Stewart has called his final “large-scale world tour.” He is scheduled to perform the prestigious “legends” slot on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury on Sunday, 29 June. His last appearance at the festival was as a headliner in 2002.
Stewart’s latest performance took place on May 26 at the American Music Awards show held at Fontainebleau’s BleauLive Theater. During the live event, the televised broadcast, and the streamed broadcast, he informed the audience that he intended to perform this week at Caesars Palace. Unfortunately for his fans, Stewart has canceled his scheduled performances on June 7, 8, and 10 at The Colosseum Theater at Caesars Palace, as well as the June 14 show at the Lake Tahoe Amphitheatre at Caesars Republic in Stateline, Nevada.
Furthermore, Stewart rescheduled his June 12 concert in Rancho Mirage, California, to September 20, and his June 15 show in Paso Robles, California, to September 21.
Why Did Rod Stewart Make Such Big Changes to His Schedule?
Stewart was diagnosed with the flu a few days ago, and in an Instagram post, he announced to his followers that the doctor had told him to take more time to recover. Expressing his regret, he said he was devastated and sincerely apologized to fans for any inconvenience, assuring them that he’ll be back on stage and will see them soon.
Stewart has had a few health setbacks this year. He cancelled three concerts in January after having strep throat and Covid in the space of a few days, and after a concert in May, he was seen with a sign around his neck reading: “Sorry. Cannot talk. Having vocal rest.”
