Pine Sports and SharpSports Merge to Reach Greater Heights
SharpSports will continue to operate as a B2B business, with Pine Sports serving as the pioneer of its latest technology

Pine Sports has merged with SharpSports in a deal that will leverage the two companies’ unique qualities to help them reach greater heights.
The Deal Will Speed Up SharpSports’ Production Pipeline
The deal was first announced on the 179th episode of Betting Startups, a podcast dedicated to emerging companies within the North American gaming sector. The podcast featured Pine Sports’ co-founder & CEO, Vijay Dewan, and SharpSports’ founder, Ryan Murphy.
The merger has resulted in a company that pairs SharpSports and Pine Sports’ unique features to create an infrastructure-based product backed by a B2B and a B2C business. With SharpSports’ B2B capabilities and Pine Sports’ existing customer base, the two companies hope to speed up the development of new solutions.
SharpSports’ founder admitted that his team has previously had problems with testing new products fast enough due to the dynamic nature of the market. Pine Sports, as its latest ally, will provide a reliable solution. Thanks to Pine Sports’ consumer-oriented model, SharpSports will be able to test its products and see how users interact with them.
SharpSports’ technology, on the other hand, will help Pine Sports enhance and further popularize JaXon, its flagship AI-powered companion.
The Two Businesses Are Looking Forward to the Football Season
For context, Pine Sports focuses on JaXon, an AI-powered chatbot designed to help players make the most out of their bets. SharpSports, on the other hand, offers bet tracking tools and solutions for “managing a bottom’s up betting enterprise.”
Following the merger, SharpSports will continue to operate as a B2B business, with Pine Sports serving as the pioneer of its latest technology. The two companies are already working on new NFL metric solutions, as well as a white-label version of Pine’s flagship JaXon chatbot.
Both SharpSports and Pine Sports are now looking forward to the NFL season, which will provide them with plenty of opportunities to put their ideas to the test, pioneer new products, and secure new investor allies.
