Man United’s Struggles Continue
The Red Devils are 3-2-4 overall in the 2024-25 Premier League, which accounts for 11 points. They’re sitting in 14th place right now, which is embarrassing for such a big club with such an illustrious history.

The worst thing is that their recent form is very poor. They’ve won just one game since September, and the win in question was a 2:1 victory over Brentford at home. Since then, we saw them draw 1:1 with Fenerbahce and lose 2:1 to West Ham on the road.
One of the reasons for this is that many of their key men are out with injury – Harry Maguire, Noussair Mazraoui, Kobbie Mainoo, Mason Mount, and Anthony.
Chelsea Looking Really Good
The Blues from London are 5th in the Premier League standings with 17 points (5-2-2). They’re in pretty good form, winning three of their last five games in all competitions. In their most recent Premier League game, they beat Newcastle 2:1.
Even though the Toffees are famous for their great defense, Chelsea managed to find the net twice. They did work very hard for that, creating 17 goal attempts in total.

The best thing about Chelsea is that all of their first-team players are 100% fit. Plus, many of them are in fantastic form. Cole Palmer is their best scorer, followed by Nicolas Jackson. Joa Felix has also been decent, and the same goes for Jadon Sancho, although they’re yet to score.
The Blues have also been doing okay defensively, although they did concede at least a goal in each of their last six games in all competitions.
Manchester United vs. Chelsea Prediction
If you compare Manchester United and Chelsea player-for-player, you’ll realize that the London boys are better. The thing going in favor of the Red Devils is that Sunday’s game is played on their turf. At home, they’re undefeated against Chelsea in the Prem since 2013.
This is why our prediction is that Manchester United vs. Chelsea will end with no winners. The draw looks like the most likely outcome, probably with each team scoring one goal.
