Las Vegas Raiders Not Looking Great Ahead of 2024 NFL
Last season, the Las Vegas Raiders finished 8-9. With Josh McDaniels as their coach, they went 3-5. After he got fired and Antonio Pierce was put in charge, the Raiders won 5 games, while losing 4. Now, it’s time for Pierce’s first full season in charge and we don’t predict it’s going to be great.
First of all, their starting quarterback in 2024 is supposed to be Gardner Minshew. He’s not a bad QB, but he’s also not elite. This goes especially given that he doesn’t have too many great players to support him.
Davante Adams is the Raiders’ best wide receiver, but he’s coming off a very disappointing season that saw him record just 8 receiving TDs – his second-worst number in eight seasons.
Defensive, they look solid, with Maxx Crosby being their standout player. These guys could do their job okay, but not against elite offenses such as the one of the Los Angeles Raiders.
Los Angeles Chargers Plotting Revenge
There was an injury scare about the Los Angeles Raiders’ quarterback Justin Herbert this summer, but he seems to be ready for Week 1.

Even though he won’t have Keenan Allen to throw the ball to in 2024 as the WR has moved to Chicago, we do think Herbert will shine in 2024. After all, he’s one of the best QBs in the league.
Plus, we think Herbert will do well under the new coach Jim Harbaugh. The man who led the Michigan Wolverines to the national title last season is now in charge of the Chargers.
Las Vegas Raiders vs. Los Angeles Chargers Prediction
The Los Angeles Chargers have Justin Herbert who can lead them to glory in 2024. The rest of the team isn’t as great, but coach Harbaugh can get the most of them. As a result, the Chargers should be able to challenge for the playoffs this season. For that, they will need to do well against their AFC West rivals. They know this, which is why they’ll go all-in in Week 1.
