Harrah’s SoCal Unveils $13M “Reimagined High Limit Room”

Rincon Tribe-owned Harrah’s Resort Southern California is ready to pump over $13 million to transform its High Limit Room by adding luxury slots, table games, and a high-end bar for an elevated VIP experience

Harrah’s Resort Southern California and the Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians (Rincon Tribe) have announced their plans to completely change the face of the property’s High Limit Room with a $13.1 million renovation. The big reveal is scheduled for June 2026

The redesigned space promises an elevated gaming experience, mixing privacy, sophistication, and luxury for high-stakes players.

“Elevating the Entire Experience”

“We couldn’t be more excited to share the plans for our reimagined High Limit Room,” explained Jill Barrett, the company’s senior vice president and general manager since September 2021

Barrett went on to explain they’re “not just raising the stakes”, but “elevating the entire experience” by “creating a world-class gaming environment made perfect” for their VIP players.

JCJ Architecture and Swinerton will oversee the redesign aimed at offering a fully reimagined ambiance and a more intimate setting for serious gaming.

Renovation highlights will include the updated room décor elements like state-of-the-art audio systems, expansive video walls, and carefully selected, energy-efficient LED lighting to create a sleek, contemporary environment

A new high-end bar will feature specialty spirits and exclusive bourbons, including Eagle Rare, Buffalo Trace OFC 25 Year, Traveller, and the resort’s own Blanton’s Barrett, alongside a selection of craft cocktails tailored for discerning guests.

100 Fresh Slot Machines

As for the enhanced gaming options, they will feature 100 new slot machines, including 12 bar-top machines, plus classic table games such as Double Deck Blackjack, Shoe Blackjack, Baccarat, and Pai Gow

The layout and décor will enable players to engage comfortably with both slots and tables in an upscale space meant to be as inviting as possible.

Passionate poker fans can look forward to exclusive experiences inside the renovated High Limit Room that will include a discreet, luxurious area where guests can relax with curated beverage options.

Rincon Tribe, “Proud” of the Ongoing Evolution

“The Rincon Tribe is proud of the continued evolution of our gaming offerings,” commented chairman Steve Stallings, further expressing excitement for being “in a position to continue to renovate” the resort and improve “the guest experience through innovative design and technology.”

Stallings was elected chairman by tribal members during a special election held in July, due to long-time Chairman Bo Mazzetti’s passing away on May 1.

At the end of 2023, the premier destination for gaming, dining, and entertainment that hosts California’s only Hell’s Kitchen revealed a similarly impressive $24 million renovation plan for the property’s Dive Inn Tower.
