Sports data, tech and broadcasting specialist Genius Sports announced changes to its board, including the appointment of an industry heavyweight as chair and the transfer of ex-chair Levy to and advisory role. In addition, the company will welcome a new independent director.

Last but not least, Claire Valoti, co-founder of Haylo Ventures and former VP of international at Snap, will join Genius Sports’ board as an independent director. As one of the masterminds behind Snap’s international growth, Valoti would bring valuable acumen to the board.
