FSB to Launch Next-Generation SSBTs with BetXS

FSB teams up with BetXS to deliver its next-generation self-service betting terminals (SSBTs) to BetXS retail stores across Ireland, providing a game-changer solution for the bookmaker.
FSB’s SSBTs Go to BetXS Stores in Ireland
FSB, a leading sportsbook and iGaming solutions provider, has partnered up with BetXS, an Irish retail betting operator, delivering its next-generation self-service betting terminals (SSBTs) across BetXS stores in the country.
FSB Chief Technical Officer Sam Lawrence made the company’s self-service betting terminals, adding several unique features, which would allow betting operators to control their retail environment. These next-generation terminals have a new back-end management tool, giving operators 100% visibility over their real-time liabilities. The product features a suite of reports to allow operators to gain total control and customization over the front-end, as the multi-layered back-end offers them a chance to differentiate their offer. The terminals include full SIS integration, tutorial and Create Bet videos, and ante-post betting.
Strategic Partnerships Bring FSB to the Top
FSB recently formed a strategic alliance with USBookmaking offering its technology platform to land-based casino operators across the US. USBooking will offer land-based casino operators its trading solutions for retail, online betting, and iGaming. It will offer FSB’s iGaming solutions, retail products, and multi-state PAM scalability in one package.
At the beginning of the month, FSB completed its migration for the German iGaming group OGaming. This strategic partnership allows FSB to expand its sportsbook and PAM presence on the regional platforms that OGaming owns. FSB managed to complete the migration process in less than two months, shifting all of Ogaming’s operations from its previous supplier to FSB’s platform.
FSB Allows Clients to Take Control Of Their Retail Environment
BetXS has integrated the new SSBTs before lifting the lockdown restrictions in Ireland, allowing a better customer experience to its bettors.
FSB Head of Retail, Russell Colvin, stated that the company is happy to work with BetXS. FSB has delivered its next-generation SSBTs to the bookmaker’s retail shops before lifting the restrictions and bettors returning. He said that FSB uses innovative technology to create these products that include market-leading features and functionalities. They would allow the company’s partners worldwide to take control of their retail environment. The terminals will offer the user a cutting-edge customer experience.
BetXS Director Colm Finlay stated that the company wants to offer the best experience to its customers. It teams up with the best in the industry. The FSB’s products will take retail betting to another level. Having the real-time liability tool and remote terminal balance management is a “game-changer” when it comes to daily operations. Finlay said that he is sure that the products will become well-known among customers.
