EveryMatrix Proposes to Acquire Fantasma Games in $21M Share Buyout
Over half of Fantasma Games’ shareholders have agreed to the transaction and have signed binding agreements to sell their shares

EveryMatrix, a provider of iGaming software, solutions, content and services, just announced a recommended public offer to acquire Fantasma Games by buying out its shares. By acquiring the latter firm, EveryMatrix hopes to dramatically increase its games output.
Half of Fantasma Games’ Shareholders Are Already on Board
The acceptance period for the offer is expected to commence on September 19 and expire on October 10 this year. Per the offer, EveryMatrix would acquire all of Fantasma Games’ shares for the price of $5.80 (converted from SEK 59) in cash per share.
Fantasma’s shares, for context, are listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Sweden. In total, the deal is expected to cost EveryMatrix some $20.63 million.
Fantasma Games is known as a developer of cutting-edge casino content. With a strong management team, the company has undergone very strong development, recording EBITDA of almost $440K for Q2, a profit margin of 36%.
Over half of Fantasma Games’ shareholders have agreed to the transaction and have signed binding agreements to sell their shares. The bid, however, would ultimately require at least 90% of the shareholders to accept EveryMatrix’s offer.
The latter company promised to issue a further update on this transaction very soon.
EveryMatrix Will Enhance Its Aggregation Portfolio
EveryMatrix, which specializes in the B2B provision of iGaming software to the casino and sports betting industries, said that the M&A transaction would significantly bolster its business. The company further underscored inherent synergies between its in-house games division and Fantasma Games.
The acquisition of Fantasma Games would reinforce EveryMatrix’s pipeline, immediately enhancing its portfolio with many fan-favorite titles. Fantasma Games already supplies content to 250 operators, reaching millions of players across 50 countries.
As the world’s largest content aggregator, EveryMatrix is constantly seeking ways to remain ahead of the curve. Its SlotMatrix aggregation platform boasts a library of over 29,000 games from more than 330 third-party studios. In addition, EveryMatrix sports proprietary content developed by its Armadillo Studios.
By joining the EveryMatrix family, Fantasma Games would be able to drastically expand its footprint, reaching even more new operators and players.
Two months ago, EveryMatrix published its report for the second quarter of the year, highlighting a record quarterly profit margin. CEO Ebbe Groes was thrilled by the success, saying that it is difficult to predict the company’s future when it keeps getting going from strength to strength.
