Comcast Enhances Xfinity X1 with Sports Betting Features
The company will deliver odds from DraftKings to Xfinity X1 customers, elevating the sports entertainment and experiences

Comcast has announced its expansion into interactive experiences via a new collaboration. The company teamed up with DraftKings to deliver live odds to Xfinity X1. Customers of the platform will be able to enjoy Xfinity Odds Zone, delivering odds from the leading betting and gaming operator directly on TV, while enjoying live sports events and games.
Moreover, Comcast will boost the excitement for bettors and sports fans alike by elevating the viewing experiences for golf enthusiasts. The aforementioned live odds feature debuts together with THE PLAYERS Championship, offering X1 customers a seamless betting integration and the ability to easily watch, interact and find live events.
Thanks to Xfinity Odds Zone on X1, bettors and sports fans alike will be able to preview on-screen odds from DraftKings. This betting information will be accompanied by a QR code that can be used to initiate wagers via the DraftKings sportsbook mobile application. As a result, customers will be able to tap into bets while keeping their eyes on the ongoing live game.
The innovative seamless on-screen companion experience for sports fans, Xfinity Odds Zone on X1 is planned to debut on March 12, 2024. The debut of the feature coincides with the start of THE PLAYERS Championship. However, according to Comcast, the feature will be available for further sports events, including the upcoming men’s and women’s NCAA tournaments, as well as the NHL and NBA playoffs. Additionally, the company confirmed that Xfinity Odds Zone will be available during the regular NFL and MLB seasons.
“X1 is the best seat in the house for live sports, and we’re continuing to innovate and create new experiences we know fans want – because it’s only live once,“

John Dixon, Comcast’s SVP of entertainment, was just as excited about the new collaboration. He said that it is thrilling for the company to join forces with DraftKings, delivering “transformative” experiences that allow fans and bettors alike to keep up with the sports action and place wagers at the same time.
