Bryce Mitchell vs. Said Nurmagomedov UFC Abu Dhabi Odds, Time, and Prediction
Bryce Mitchell vs. Said Nurmagomedov is a bantamweight fight of UFC Abu Dhabi, which will take place on Saturday, July 26

It’s been a crazy year for Bryce Mitchell, and our prediction is that it’s gonna get even crazier. This is because on July 26, he’s fighting against Said Nurmagomedov.
Although he’s not related to legendary Khabib, Said is a hell of a fighter with 5 of his 7 UFC wins happening by a finish. Will he finish Thug Nasty in the UAE? Let’s find out.
Bryce Mitchell vs. Said Nurmagomedov Odds

When, Where, and How to Watch?
- Place: Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, UAE

- How to Watch: ABC
Bryce Mitchell’s UFC Career Coming to an End?
Saying that Bryce Mitchell is controversial would be an understatement. Some think he’s just plain crazy, others think he’s evil, and everyone agrees that the UFC have way too much understanding for this guy.
In fact, Thug Nasty could be the perfect example of the so-called Dana White privilege. This goes especially given that – citing free speech – White kept him in the UFC even after he called Adolf Hitler “a good guy.”

A few months after that controversy, he fought Jean Silva and lost by submission – even though wrestling/grappling is his strongest weapon. The loss raised the question of whether he really is that good wrestling-wise.
He’s got nine wins by submission in his portfolio, but the last time he defeated someone by this method was in 2019. And now, he’s fighting against a submission maestro, who might end his career.
Said Nurmagomedov Going for a Finish?
Said Nurmagomedov is 18-4 overall, with all of his four losses happening by decision. He’s never been finished, and our prediction is that his run will last for a while longer. His UFC Abu Dhabi opponent just doesn’t have the power to finish this guy.
But what about the other way around? Can Said finish Bryce? We think he can. This guy is a fantastic wrestler who’s got the instinct to put his opponents to submission. The last time he won a fight – in 2023 – he beat Muin Gafurov by a guillotine choke after only 73 seconds.
He also has good striking. This guy lands 3.38 significant strikes per minute, which is almost one strike more than Mitchell.
Bryce Mitchell vs. Said Nurmagomedov Prediction
We think that Said Nurmagomedov is a better fighter than the 2025 version of Bryce Mitchell. Even though he’s celebrated for his wrestling, we don’t think Thug Nasty can out-wrestle Nurmagomedov.
Plus, we don’t know if he’s suited for the UFC Bantamweight Division. This is going to be his first fight in the 135lb division – and we suspect he might not even make weight.
We also think that his chin – especially after the Josh Emmett KO that left him shaking on the ground – might not hold up against Said’s striking. Either way, we think Mitchell is heading for a disaster in Abu Dhabi.
Pick: Said Nurmagomedov
