Barrie Wilson Becomes GLI’s Manager of Client Services

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), a provider of cutting-edge land-based, lottery and iGaming testing and assessment services, has added the experienced Barrie Wilson to its team. Wilson will serve as the company’s new manager of client services.
Wilson Named Manager of Client Services
As manager of client services, Wilson will leverage his experience in management to assist GLI in helping clients grow their businesses. He will work from GLI’s lab in Sydney and will assist the company’s retail, lottery and iGaming clients in the Asia-Pacific region.
Wilson has years of experience in various management positions, which is why GLI believes he will be a great addition to its team. The appointee’s career includes years in various management positions at a big Australian retail company. In addition, Wilson had stints as a business instructor at two Australian colleges, namely the Queen Ann College in Sydney and the Atwea Community College in Newcastle.
Prior to joining GLI, Wilson served as a professional year instructor at Performance Education. In this position, he taught students on the intricacies of Australian business.
Wilson’s appointment comes a week after GLI named Ginnie Hollis as director of engineering. Hollis new job is to assist GLI’s iGaming clients and help improve the company’s testing services. She will also be responsible for facilitating the communication between regulators and operators.
GLI Welcomed the New Appointee
GLI is sure that Wilson will be a great addition to the team thanks to his skill set. The company praised his experience and knowledge, saying that it is glad to have him on board.
Samantha Powell, general manager for Asia Pacific at GLI, welcomed Wilson to the board on the behalf of the company’s team.

Powell lauded Wilson’s ability to help people grow and surpass their limits. She believes that his knack to teach others to “explore new territories” will be of great help to clients who wish to expand their market share.
Gaming Laboratories International recently helped Delasport, a provider of iGaming solutions, launch in the Netherlands. Thanks to this, operators in the Dutch market will be able to benefit from Delasport’s critically-acclaimed sports, casino and PAM solutions.
At the beginning of this month, GLI reported that its African arm now has over 100 employees. The company scaled its team to answer to the growing demands in the region.
