UK Lottery Ticket Wins $243M from EuroMillions Game

Another millionaire has been minted in the United Kingdom, with a single ticket now confirmed to have won the EuroMillions jackpot. The winner claimed the staggering GBP 181,073,415.70 ($243 million ~).

A winner has not stepped forward to claim the prize, the Allwyn-operated lottery said, but there have been some details released by the company, all the same. For starters, whoever won scooped the jackpot with the numbers 12, 14, 27, 44, and 50, plus Lucky Star numbers of 4 and 12.

This is the third-largest jackpot ever won in the United Kingdom, Allwyn confirmed, and the big draw actually saw several other prizes granted, including a GBP 355,164.90 payout. 

“Brilliant news, someone in the UK has scooped a life-changing £181m! That makes this the biggest win of 2026 so far and the third biggest UK National Lottery winner of all time,” said Andy Carter.

Carter also reminded anyone who has played the recent drawing to make sure that they check in their tickets, as the money is somewhere out there, and whoever has the winner had better make sure they keep it safe.
