TGLAB, an ambitious and progressive iGaming technology partner, has announced its acquisition of SysGaming, a Brazil-based gambling software provider. This agreement is set to enhance the former company’s overall capabilities and presence in the LATAM region.
TGLAB Will Reinforce Its Position in LATAM
TGLAB already boasts a robust footprint in Latin America, with its presence extending across several countries. By acquiring SysGaming, TGLAB will grow its team, adding a few dozen skilled developers to its lineup.
As a company that is well-versed in the local market, SysGaming will help TGLAB grow its market share, in line with the latter company’s ambition to become a LATAM leader.
The acquisition, according to TGLAB’s official announcement, will help the company bolster its pipeline and deliver even better bespoke, localized experiences in real-time to its partners in Latin America. As usual, these products will be available in both Spanish and Portuguese, allowing the company to tap into a broader audience.
Thanks to the deal, our partners will now gain an abundance of localized content for sports betting and iGaming across Brazil and LatAm.
