Table Trac Adds Table Management Software to Lake of the Torches Resort, WI

Earlier this year, Table Trac made Wisconsin the seventh state in which the company was licensed to provide gaming solutions. This week, the company which specializes in the creation and sale of technical infrastructure and management systems for land-based casinos has sealed a deal with the Lake of the Torches Casino Resort in Lac Du Flambeau.
New Table Trac System at Lake of the Torches Resort Casino
The partnership will allow the Lake of the Torches Resort to benefit from advanced systems that automate and monitor various aspects of the casino floor. One of those is the Table Games Management System. Commenting on this partnership, Lake of the Torches Resort Casino CEO Bill Guelcher said:
Our property is excited to partner with Table Trac as we continue to improve our operations. We identified a need to upgrade our player tracking and accounting capabilities in our table games department. After reviewing the available options, CasinoTrac was a clear winner for our property.

CasinoTrac, the name of the system now integrated, is a flexible and powerful solution. It can scale and improve over time, leaving open modules that can be implemented. At the same time, Table Trac is continuing to develop and improve its software, leaving the door open for more innovation and improvements in the future.
The CasinoTrac team will further assist the casino property to help it develop solutions that boost its operational results, serve customers, and attract and retain new ones. Table Trac CEO Chad Hoehne welcomed the deal and said that the team had to meet the unique needs and requirements of the casino to make the product work optimally.
Modifying the Experience to Fit the Casino’s Specific Needs
The casino showed Table Trac how they did things so that the company could modify its software and create value-added solutions that dovetail nicely with the Lake of the Torches Resort Casino’s way of doing business.
“Table Trac, Inc. is excited to expand into Wisconsin by partnering with the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa,” Hoehne said. As a result, the property now has a complete suite of table games management solutions that will help improve the player experience, build player loyalty and create a unique proposition that keeps players coming back for more.
