South Florida Cops Bust Las Vegas Serial Robber

The man responsible for numerous car thefts and Las Vegas-area casino cash cage robberies has finally been busted in Florida

The Miami Beach Police Department has been able to track a dangerous criminal, one 35-year-old Dshante Styles, responsible for a series of crimes in Las Vegas.

Styles is said to have robbed several Las Vegas casinos, based on information from the FBI and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, which also cooperated with Florida law enforcement to carry out a successful arrest.

He was previously sentenced and granted parole, but failed to comply with the conditions of his release.

Styles Was Arrested Previously in Connection with Robberies

Styles’ rap sheet is a long one, and he also had a warrant for his arrest on charges of human trafficking and multiple violent crimes. He similarly tried to elude police, which is another crime he will most likely have to answer for.

Commenting on the culprit’s successful arrest, Miami Beach PD said: “Thanks to the teamwork, technology, and swift action of our detectives and federal partners, this violent fugitive is now off the streets.”

Styles’ arrest is long overdue, and it comes on the heels of another arrest in 2023, when he was connected to a series of robberies in November 2022. Styles was tied to the robberies using a baseball cap that he left at the M Resorts after one of his crimes. Investigators took DNA samples and tied the man to the crime.

Surprisingly, Styles was linked to multiple such robberies, including at the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino, Green Valley Ranch, Silverton Casino Hotel, Rampart Casino and Palace Station, and more. Even more testily, Styles also stole cars to use in his robberies.

Despite Robberies, Styles Was Offered a Second Chance – He Turned It Down

He did not necessarily use weapons to threaten the victims, with some giving the account that the assailant had something resembling a gun.

Despite his long rap sheet and subsequent sentencing, Styles was actually granted parole in December 2023 and ordered to remain under house arrest, do community service, abstain from alcohol and gun ownership, and hold down a full-time job.

He failed to uphold his end of the bargain, it appears, leading to his arrest in Florida.
