Rivalry Launches Mobile Esports Betting App in Ontario
The move is in line with the operator’s expansion strategy and comes after it recorded a growth in esports betting rates in Ontario
Rivalry, a global sports betting operator and media company, has reinforced its presence in Ontario, launching its mobile app in the province. The renowned company is best known for its cutting-edge esports products that are designed to appeal to gamers and bettors.
Following the launch, Ontarian customers can download the app on their phones and place bets on a rich selection of traditional sports and esports.
Rivalry is by far the operator with the most comprehensive esports betting offering in the province. The company provides markets for famous games and leagues, such as the all-time favorites CS:GO, League of Legends and Dota 2. In addition, players can wager on a selection of mobile esports titles, such as Call of Duty: Mobile, Free Fire and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
Since esports might not be everyone’s cup of tea, Rivalry also offers betting products for many traditional sports, such as football, soccer and basketball, among others.
The launch of the app in Ontario comes amid increased demand for esports betting in the region. The move is in line with the operator’s expansion strategy and comes after it recorded a growth in esports betting rates in Ontario. Rivalry hopes that the launch of the mobile app will attract more players to its platform, bolstering its profitability.
Rivalry Seeks to Satisfy Its Young Customers
Steven Salz, Rivalry’s co-founder and CEO, commented on the launch. He noted that mobile betting tends to attract many Millennial and Gen Z customers, which are the company’s primary audience.
