Resorts World Las Vegas Set to Usher New Era of Hospitality

The first casino resort built on Las Vegas Strip for more than a decade, Resorts World Las Vegas, opened doors to the public Thursday by a first-look party in the evening for invited guests.
Exceptional Amenities
The star-studded party officiated by Genting CEO and Chairman K.T. Lim and Resorts World Las Vegas President Scott Sibella, also featured Hilton President and CEO Chris Nassetta, Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak, Nevada Congresswoman Dina Titus and Clark County Chair Marilyn Kirkpatrick and Commissioner Tick Segerblom.
Resorts World Las Vegas president Sibella outlined the importance of the moment for both the property and its parent Genting, and the excitement to “finally be able to present this resort to the world and officially welcome guests to experience our exceptional amenities firsthand.”
“This spectacular resort was designed to usher in a new era of hospitality in Las Vegas with unsurpassed dining and entertainment, an array of luxury hotel accommodations, and new-age technology.”
Scot Sibella, President, Resorts World Las Vegas
The hotel accommodation features amenities from 3 Hilton brands after a historic multi-brand deal with Hilton in February 2020 ensured the prominent hotel brand’s return to the Las Vegas Strip. The agreement also made Resorts World Las Vegas part of the award-winning loyalty program Hilton Honors.
Historical Hilton Deal
Under the largest multi-brand deal in Hilton’s history, the hotel chain’s Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, and LRX Hotels & Resorts brands will ensure premium accommodation at the $4.3 billion casino resort.
“We are thrilled to unveil Resorts World Las Vegas – an incredible property that marks the return of our signature Hilton hospitality on the Strip.”
Chris Nassetta, President and CEO, Hilton
Hilton Hotels & Resorts features 1,774 full-service guest rooms and suites in a refined setting and with elevated amenities, Conrad Las Vegas offers guests 1,496 contemporary and luxury rooms and suites with luxurious amenities and a curated art program, while Crockfords Las Vegas, LXR Hotels & Resorts showcases a collection of 236 guest rooms, suites, and villas with lavish accommodation and personalized service. Each of the three Hilton brands has its own entrance and lobby.
The casino at the property, featuring 1,400 slot machines, 117 table games, a dedicated poker room and 30 poker tables, high-limit areas and a sportsbook, offers innovative technology applications to elevate casino experience for patrons.
The casino is allowing cashless wagering via a partnership with Sightline Payments+, radio frequency identification (RFID) bet tracking, and Ticket-in-Ticket out (TITO) at the table.
Various new-age technology advancements such as an AI-powered digital concierge and mobile check-in and digital key via the Hilton Honors app are showcased at the property, boasting over 200,000 square feet of LED displays, among which a monstrous 100,000 square-foot West Tower LED screen.
A plethora of food and beverage options, including Kusa Nori, Genting Palace, Sun’s Out Buns Out, Famous Foods Street Eats, Wally’s Wine & Spirits, and Craig’s Vegan are at guests’ disposal at the property, which also features Zouk Nightclub and Ayu Dayclub, in partnership with Zouk Group, and a 5,000-capacity concert and entertainment venue.
250,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space complete with 50 multi-functional meeting rooms, 70,000 square feet of dedicated retail space, and an expansive 5.5-acre pool complex featuring five unique pool experiences complete the list of amenities available at the resort.
