Can PSG Make History on May 31?

Judging by the PSG vs. Inter odds, the French team is more likely to win the Champions League trophy on the last day of May. The main reason is that Paris Saint-Germain FC’s players have been pretty impressive since the start of the knockout phase.

In the semifinal doubleheader with Arsenal, they won both games – first 1:0 in London, then 2:1 in Paris. Before that, we saw them knock out Aston Villa, Liverpool, and Brest, scoring a total of 17 goals in those six games.

Then, there’s Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who joined PSG earlier this year. The former Napoli player has been in sensational form, both when it comes to scoring and assist-making.

Can Inter Milan’s Defense Stop PSG in the UCL Final?

PSG’s offense looks scary, but if there’s a team that can stop them, it’s Inter Milan. Nerazzurri have the best defense on the planet, with Yan Sommer between the posts and Francesco Acerbi, Alessandro Bastoni, Yann Bisseck, and others in front of him.

They’re incredibly hard to score against, the evidence being that Inter Milan kept a clean sheet in seven of this season’s 14 Champions League games. Plus, they conceded more than one goal in just three UCL games this season. The trouble is that those three were their previous three games in this competition.

First, they played 2:2 with Bayern Munich, then they played 3:3 in each of the two semifinal duels with Barcelona. But those results show that Inter Milan isn’t a one-trick pony – these guys can be very dangerous in the attack as well.

Even though PSG have looked brilliant in the Champions League, especially since the start of 2025, we think Inter Milan has a better group of players. These guys managed to knock out Barcelona, Bayern, and other attacking powerhouses, so we wouldn’t be surprised if they did the same against PSG.
