New York Giants vs. Dallas Cowboys Week 13 Odds, Time, and Prediction
New York Giants vs. Dallas Cowboys is a Thanksgiving Day duel between two teams desperate to improve their records. Both will go all-in on November 28, which is why our prediction is that we’ll witness a real thriller at AT&T Stadium
The New York Giants are 2-9 overall, which is the worst record in the National Football Conference (NFC). It seems as if they’ve already given up on their postseason dreams, with coach Brian Daboll possibly losing his job if they lose again. So, will they lose to the Dallas Cowboys?
In normal circumstances, the answer would be yes, but the Cowboys are without their crucial player, quarterback Dak Prescott. They did beat the Washington Commanders with Cooper Rush as their QB; can they do something similar on Thanksgiving Day? Let’s find out!

When, Where, and How to Watch?

New York Giants Don’t Have Much Hope Left for 2024
The New York Giants’ decision to release Daniel Jones and entrust rookie Tommy DeVito with the QB role has sent shockwaves through the NFL. DeVito, thrust into the spotlight, has shown flashes of promise despite facing a steep learning curve.
The Giants’ second-year quarterback made his first start of the 2024 season last weekend, but he didn’t produce much. His team lost 30:7 to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, with the QB throwing for 189 yards and no touchdowns.
He probably won’t be their key player next season but given that the 2024 campaign is pretty much over for these guys, he’s expected to be their QB for the remainder of the season. They’ll probably get another coach next year as well.
Actually, Brian Daboll could lose his job even earlier. There are reports that the Giants owners are fed up with him and could fire him if his team gets blown out by the Dallas Cowboys.
What to Expect from the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving?
The Dallas Cowboys are 4-7, which is bad on its own, but the worst thing is that the season is over for their most important player, Dak Prescott. With him out, their new QB is Cooper Rush, who did surprisingly well in Dallas’ most recent game.

Last weekend, he led the Cowboys to a 34:26 win over the favored Washington Commanders. He threw for 275 yards and two touchdowns but also got two of his passes intercepted. Nevertheless, it was a fine performance for Rush. What wasn’t great was the performance of the Cowboys’ defensive team.
They’ve been Dallas’ weakest link in the 2024 season, conceding 29.0 points per game on average. That’s way too much for a team with defensive players like Bobby Wagner and Daron Payne.
New York Giants vs. Dallas Cowboys Prediction
The Cowboys should win this. Their defense has been horrible, but they should do okay against the DeVito-led offense of the Giants. We also expect Rush and his offensive teammates to do fine, the result of which should be that they’ll cover the spread.
Pick: Dallas Cowboys -3.5
