Microgaming Promotes Stephen Fisk to CEO Role
With immediate effect, Fisk replaces Andrew Clucas, the outgoing CEO of the company

Gambling software company Microgaming, confirmed Tuesday a senior-level leadership change. The leading developer of iGaming software and solutions revealed that Stephen Fisk has taken over the role of chief executive officer (CEO). The appointment, which Microgaming says is with immediate effect, sees Fisk take over the role from Andrew Clucas.
Stepping in as CEO, Fisk will play an important role in the company’s future. The appointment marks a promotion for the experienced executive that has previously served as chief operations officer. Overall, Fisk was a part of Microgaming for six and a half years and during that time, he was able to accumulate significant knowledge about the company’s products, processes and customers.
Undoubtedly in the role of CEO, Fisk will leverage this extensive knowledge which is ultimately expected to help the company continue to grow on a global scale. Additionally, his priorities will include ensuring that Microgaming continues to deliver supreme services for its clients.

Fisk Is the Perfect Fit for CEO
Clucas said that it was delightful for him to work at Microgaming for the last 14 years. He acknowledged that recently, the company has seen exponential growth which brought further excitement.
The outgoing CEO said that he has worked with Fisk and pointed out that he is undoubtedly the right choice for the CEO role. “I leave Microgaming in very good hands and have no doubt that Stephen and the team will go on to achieve great things,” said Clucas in conclusion.
