Kalshi Launches VIP Program for Its High-Trading Customers
Kalshi Platinum offering arrives as debate intensifies over prediction markets’ potential to grow beyond sports contracts, which is considered key to the industry’s long-term trajectory
Elisabeth Diana, head of communications at the popular prediction markets provider Kalshi, confirmed that the company is now offering “Platinum” status to high-volume sports traders, essentially mimicking rewards plans offered to big bettors by more traditional sportsbook operators.

According to Diana, Kalshi is taking steps, similar to other financial markets, brokerages, and large consumer brands, to have a program that offers benefits to loyal customers. News of the program was shared publicly on X earlier Tuesday, per a tweet from CSPTrading.eth, who shared a letter in full inviting him to join the newly-created Platinum program. Interestingly, when CSPTrading.eth received the letter, he spoke with some of the highest volume Kalshi accounts, but none of them got that letter.
Kalshi seems to be following in the steps of other companies and operators that have also launched similar VIP programs in the past year. For example, DraftKings, which introduced its own prediction markets offerings just a few weeks ago, has rolled out a VIP program for traders. The company noted that this program is part of the same VIP framework as its offerings for sports bettors and casino players.
DraftKings seems to be heavily involved in its newly-found investment sphere, as launching a VIP program for its most loyal traders isn’t the only big move the company is making in the prediction markets. In the last week of last year, DraftKings also set up a new research team, which aims to bring a better understanding of forecasting through market data.
What Does Kalshi’s Platinum Program Offer?
But back to Kalshi, its Platinum offering arrives as debate intensifies over prediction markets’ potential to grow beyond sports contracts, which is considered key to the industry’s long-term trajectory. According to the letter that CSPTrading.eth received, the company had been brainstorming ideas on how to best serve its most loyal patrons for the past few months.
Platinum is the result of this brainstorming and was developed with information from discussions with both Kalshi customers and partners. The program is being rolled out to a select few customers, which would explain why CSPTrading.eth received a letter, while other high-trading accounts didn’t.
Users of Kalshi Platinum will receive a dedicated account manager to assist them with anything they need. They would be available from 7:00 am to 1:00 am ET via email or text. Additionally, patrons will get limited edition Kalshi merch and unique gifts. Furthermore, users of the new service will receive curated dinners and tickets to local events, as well as referral incentives.
While these are the current offerings of Kalshi Platinum, the company has promised that more will come as the program is developed.
