Kalamba Games Gains Access to Big Time Gaming Megaways

Kalamba Games has become the latest licensed partner to Big Time Gaming and will gain access to the acclaimed Megaways mechanic which will now be implemented in the developer’s existing portfolio of titles. The Megaways mechanic is the exclusive property of Big Time Gaming, but the company has been happy to lease it to other studios, thus boosting its popularity and adding more originality to the industry.
Kalamba and Big Time Gaming on Megaways
Megaways is premised on the idea that the reels and grid will continue accommodating more paylines as the consumers go on. Kalamba presently has 50 titles, all of which will be eligible for integration with the award-winning mechanic which has already arrived on some of the most popular titles out there, including Raging Bull Megaways and Gonzo’s Quest Megaways.
As to Kalamba, the company is confident that this mechanic will add fresh opportunities and consolidate existing partnerships. Commenting on this tie-up, Kalamba CCO Andrew Crosby said:
Building upon Big Time Gaming’s Megaways mechanic whilst maintaining our unique style and integrating our player favorite features is something we are genuinely thrilled about.

He added that working on Megaways project is exciting and the new license will allow Kalamba to take advantage of the unique feature and bake it into its established portfolio of titles. The news was welcomed by Big Time Gaming CEO Nik Robinson who said that the “Megaways formula” has proven to be a hit with players globally.
Adding more studios, and Kalamba in particular is the right way to get this feature to even more players who love it. Kalamba has been looking to grow its footprint. The company entered the Swedish market back in 2021 and it brought Krosby in March to help spearhead more important partnerships for the firm.
