On September 16, Kaizen Gaming announced that Gavroglou will join its C-suite as chief human resources officer. In this position, the appointee will shape the company’s HR strategy amid its rapid growth and will be responsible for a team of some 2,7000 people of over 40 nationalities across 19 countries.
Kaizen described Gavroglou as a “seasoned executive” with two decades of experience across the energy, tech, banking and consulting fields. Some of his most noteworthy positions include time as chief human resources officer at Sunlight Group Energy Storage Systems, HR exec director at OTE Group, member of Telekom Group, and group HR strategy director at the National Bank of Greece.
Kaizen added that Gavroglou is a highly qualified individual with degrees from the Athens University of Economics and Business and the London School of Economics.
Daskalakis Welcomes the Appointee on Board
George Daskalakis, Kaizen Gaming’s chief executive officer, welcomed the new hire on board. He commented on the importance of managing HR to his team, saying that people have “always been at the heart” of the company.
Daskalakis noted that Kaizen Gaming’s team has grown from a few dozen people in Greece to an international community numbering thousands of people in just a few years.
