Kaizen Gaming, a leader in gaming technology, announced that it has acquired AI-driven sports trading and analytics provider GameplAI for an undisclosed sum. According to the former company, the acquisition will bolster its sports trading, player markets, and performance analytics capabilities.

The Deal Reflects Kaizen’s Commitment to Innovation

In its announcement, Kaizen explained that the acquisition will see GameplAI’s features integrated into its premium iGaming platform Betano, enhancing its proprietary capabilities across sports trading, player markets and performance analytics.

The deal will advance Kaizen’s automation goals, amplifying the tier-one sportsbook experience it offers to its global clientele.

As part of the Kaizen family, GameplAI will retain a certain degree of autonomy and will remain responsible for operating its B2B business. As a result, existing partners, as well as future ones, will continue to receive access to its services.

The announcement noted that Tekkorp Capital served as Kaizen’s financial advisor in relation to the deal. Wiggin LLP, on the other hand, served as the company’s legal advisor.
