As explained by the operator in an official statement, one particularly lucky player matched all five numbers in Wednesday evening’s drawing, grabbing the $550,000 jackpot. These were the winning numbers: 2-10-17-29-38.

What makes this win even more special is the fact that the player purchased the Lucky Day Lotto ticket from an Exxon gas station in Justice, Illinois, at 8359 S. Robert Rd. As usual, the store will receive the well-deserved praise and a 1% bonus of the total amount of the prize, corresponding to $5,500.

The jackpot winner, who is yet to be identified, is not the only one popping the celebratory champagne right now. According to the operator, they sold close to 36,000 winning tickets in the Thursday evening drawing.
