Two major iGaming operators in Europe have joined forces to form a new group and redefine entertainment. The new entity is called SpinCore Group and is the result of an alliance between Hard Rock Casino Netherlands and Blitz Group, a Belgian gaming powerhouse.

According to the official announcement, SpinCore Group will be a next-gen company that will revolutionize gaming entertainment, redefining the customer experience in highly regulated markets.
As the result of an alliance between two major companies, SpinCore will “bring together the best of both worlds.” At its core, the new group will leverage the global strength of the Hard Rock brand and the local expertise of Blitz Group’s Blitz.be and SuperGame.be brands, pairing global ambition with local excellence.
According to the announcement, SpinCore operates with a “lean and agile structure” and is underpinned by a team of European gaming industry experts. The group added that its approach to growth will be guided by data, compliance, and innovation to ensure that its products offer engaging, yet safe and sustainable experiences.
The new business is based in Malta and boasts a significant presence in the Netherlands and Belgium. The company believes that it is poised for international growth and teased that it is currently eyeing Finland, which is about to finally end its gambling monopoly and align itself with the majority of European markets.
