Gloucester County Player Wins Half of the Quick Draw Progressive Jackpot

A player from New Jersey has won a prize of more than half a million dollars from the lottery’s Quick Draw Progressive game. The fast-paced game has cemented itself as a beloved offering, attracting many new players.

The Player Won Half of the Jackpot

According to the New Jersey Lottery’s announcement, a player in Gloucester County won 50% of the game’s progressive jackpot. As a result, the player took home some $590,170, becoming one of the Garden State’s latest big winners.

Lottery officials clarified that the winning ticket was sold at Southwood Bar on 795 Mantua Pike in Woodbury.

Quick Draw Progressive is the New Jersey Lottery’s fast-paced offering that provides players with a fast way to see if their ticket is a lucky winner since drawings are held every four minutes.

The rolling Quick Draw Progressive Jackpot is available to every single player at no additional cost. Participants are issued nine numbers from 1 to 80. If all of them match the numbers in any of the Quick Draw drawings the ticket is eligible for, players can win a portion, or all of the jackpot.

For context, $1 tickets are eligible to win 10% of the jackpot. Similarly, a $2 ticket can yield a participant 20% of the jackpot, and so on. Following the same logic, $10 tickets allow players to shoot at the entire top prize.

As of the time of this writing, the Quick Draw Progressive Jackpot is standing at $599,813.

More Players in the Garden State Win Big

The Quick Draw Progressive Jackpot win comes roughly a week after a player in the same state won the $90 million Mega Millions jackpot. This win, in turn, came only a few weeks after a player in Georgia won the jaw-dropping $980 million Mega Millions jackpot.
