Former Steve Wynn Luxury Penthouse Goes on Sale for $2.2M
According to the official sales pitch, Wynn’s former penthouse will allow its future owner to “Indulge in the pinnacle of coastal luxury.”

Initially listed for $4 million, the property has since been reduced in price to $2,199,999, but it still offers a luxury coastal experience with multiple amenities.
Steve Wynn’s Former Condo Goes On Sale
The penthouse at 3101 Boardwalk consists of two separate units, one of which was previously occupied by Steve Wynn during his tenure as owner of the Golden Nugget.
Before transforming the Las Vegas Strip into a hub of luxury resorts, Steve Wynn made a significant mark in Atlantic City. He purchased a motel on the Boardwalk, demolished it, and developed the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino, which opened in 1980. During this period, Wynn spent considerable time in the city and lived in the Ocean Club penthouse, located next to his casino resort.
Wynn once aimed to establish himself as a major force in Atlantic City, but a series of high-profile disputes with state and local officials prompted him to exit the market roughly seven years after the Golden Nugget opened. In 1987, he sold the property to Bally Manufacturing, which rebranded it as Bally’s Grand.
The Boardwalk casino would go on to operate under several names, such as the Atlantic City Hilton, ACH Casino Resort, and The Atlantic Club. However, it permanently closed its doors in 2014. Despite numerous redevelopment proposals over the years, none have materialized.
What Does the Property Offer?
According to the official sales pitch, the 7500 square foot penthouse will allow its future owner to “Indulge in the pinnacle of coastal luxury.” The five-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath property is designed with both comfort and entertainment in mind. It features a fully upgraded gourmet kitchen equipped with high-end appliances tailored for culinary enthusiasts.
The first floor showcases elegant gray and white marble tile flooring, adding a modern, sophisticated touch to the space. Residents enjoy access to many luxury amenities, including a renovated fitness center, indoor pool, jacuzzi, and an active lifestyle committee that organizes regular social events.
The building where the luxury penthouse is located is pet-friendly and has a 24-hour front desk, security, and concierge services. The property is located close to many of Atlantic City’s renowned casinos, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
