FanDuel Acquires BeyondPlay for an Undisclosed Sum
BeyondPlay boasts licenses in the United Kingdom, Ontario and Malta

Flutter’s sports betting and fantasy sports brand FanDuel has acquired the iGaming software startup BeyondPlay in a strategic deal. While the monetary aspect of the arrangement was not disclosed, executives expressed their excitement about the deal.
BeyondPlay was founded in 2021 and offers a jackpot management system and multiplayer software. The first solution allows the company’s clients to create customized jackpot campaigns, while the second one enables consumers to join shared casino sessions.
BeyondPlay boasts licenses in the United Kingdom, Ontario and Malta and currently supplies software to many leading iGaming companies, such as LeoVegas, Casumo and ComeOn.
Following the conclusion of the deal, BeyondPlay and its solutions will be integrated into FanDuel Casino.
FanDuel Casino, for reference, has cemented itself as one of the leading iGaming brands in the United States. The brand commanded an impressive market share of 26% in Q4 2023 and continued to attract more and more players.
The Two Companies Are Excited about the Transaction
BeyondPlay’s founder and chief executive officer, Karolina Pelc, said that she was excited to see her company rise from a humble startup to one of the world’s leading online sports betting and iGaming software suppliers. She described this as a valuable experience and added that the acquisition is a testament to the hard work of her team.
This acquisition validates the hard work and dedication of our team and the vision behind our products. We are excited to join forces with FanDuel Casino to amplify the impact of our technology on a global scale.
Karolina Pelc, CEO & founder, BeyondPlay
Pelc added that the acquisition is not just the culmination of her team’s tireless efforts but also the beginning of an “exciting new chapter.
Asaf Noifeld, FanDuel’s managing director, also commented on the matter, saying that the acquisition aligns with FanDuel’s US strategy.
This acquisition further strengthens FanDuel Casino’s leading customer experience, by adding BeyondPlay’s best-in-class jackpots and multiplayer technology.
Asaf Noifeld, MD, FanDuel
Noifeld welcomed the experienced BeyondPlay team to FanDuel and said that he is looking forward to working with them.
