Exciting Day for Parimatch Tech as It Acquires Mr.Fish and PokerMatch

Innovative gaming and entertainment tech solutions provider Parimatch Tech has just signed two major acquisition deals. The M&A agreements will see iGaming marketing company mr.fish and the leading online poker room PokerMatch join the Parimatch family.
Maksym Liashko, the joint chief executive of Parimatch Tech is happy to join forces with PokerMatch and mr.fish. He believes that the two mergers will elevate Parimatch Tech’s market position and will help the company achieve its goals of exploring and expanding the entertainment possibilities of its customers.
Mr.Fish Lends Its Solutions to Parimatch Tech
As a performance marketing company, working within the iGaming industry, mr.fish will be of invaluable help to Parimatch, as the latter seeks to boost its efforts in Eastern Europe. As a company based in Ukraine, mr.fish remains a leader in the region thanks to its critically-acclaimed customer acquisition and retention solutions.
With its renowned affiliate marketing, digital services, retention solutions, and SEO, mr.fish will be a great addition to Parimatch’s arsenal.
The deal isn’t only beneficial to Parimatch, however, as Yuri Titkov, the chief executive officer of mr.fish, shared that he is delighted by the acquisition. He emphasized that mr.fish has already cooperated with ParimatchTech for many years and because of that, the merger is only the logical next step in the progression of the two parties’ relationship.
“We intend to create a symbiosis of marketing, technology and product, and I have unwavering faith in my team and the new opportunities that have opened for us,” Titkov said.
He hopes that by joining their forces together, Parimatch Tech and mr.fish will strengthen their positions in their active markets and conquer new ones.
PokerMatch’s CEO Is Convinced the Merger Will Go Smoothly
The Ukrainian online poker room PokerMatch is considered to be one of the top poker brands in the world, making it an incredibly valuable acquisition on Parimatch Tech’s side. PokerMatch describes itself as a “value-added product” that has the power of enhancing the poker offerings that players receive.
As a further boon to Parimatch Tech, PokerMatch is currently a partner of the Ukrainian Sports Poker Federation and the title sponsor of Ukraine’s national sports poker team.
Ruslan Bangert, the chief executive officer of PokerMatch, spoke about the deal, calling it “an exciting day” for everyone involved. He believes that his company shares the same values and end goals as Parimatch Tech, as they both seek to grow in the global gambling market.
Bangert is sure that the merger will go smoothly and very soon the two companies will conjointly work together on their international plans.
