EveryMatrix Adds Industry Expert Sjöberg as CCO of SlotMatrix
According to CEO Groes, Sjöberg’s expertise will ensure that the company can take its leadership to new heights

EveryMatrix, a leading provider of iGaming products and solutions, has announced the appointment of a new chief commercial officer for its SlotMatrix content platform. The one up to the task is industry heavyweight Björn Sjöberg who joins the team from competitor Evolution Gaming.
Sjöberg Will Be Responsible for EveryMatrix’s Content Division
According to EveryMatrix’s announcement, Sjöberg joins the EveryMatrix family after eight years across several senior roles at Evolution. The company emphasized that the appointee’s most recent positions at the competitor company were head of key account management and chief commercial officer.
As Evolution’s former CCO, Sjöberg has the exact corporate expertise EveryMatrix is looking for. As CCO of the SlotMatrix division, the hire will be responsible for driving forward the platform’s commercial success.
In this position, he will report directly to Stian Hornsletten, co-founder of EveryMatrix and chief executive officer of the EveryMatrix Games division.
SlotMatrix, for context, is EveryMatrix’s content aggregation platform, which boasts some 36,000+ games from over 350 providers. The platform was recently reinforced by EveryMatrix’s acquisition of Fantasma Games, which expanded its range of games and bolstered the company’s presence in key markets.
CEO Groes Welcomed the New CCO
The new appointee was welcomed to the EveryMatrix family, which was excited to tap an industry veteran such as him. Ebbe Groes, EveryMatrix’s co-founder and chief executive officer, lauded Sjöberg as a “fantastic addition to the senior commercial team.”
Björn is a fantastic addition to the senior commercial team. He has years of experience and brings invaluable knowhow that will serve us well as we accelerate both our own games development and continually strengthen third-party content.

Groes added that EveryMatrix remains ahead of the curve when it comes to content distribution and expressed certainty that Sjöberg’s expertise will ensure that the company can take its leadership to new heights.
Sjöberg commented on his appointment, expressing excitement about his new position. He said that he has known the company’s senior team for many years and admires their work in creating the industry’s fastest-growing and most trusted content provider.
The Fantasma acquisition is the icing on the cake when it comes to strengthening iGaming’s richest content offering. Looking at the plans we have for this year and ahead, without doubt, we will continue to exceed our customers’ expectations with the best content available.
